This project required me to create a smooth running short term rental business which continues to increase in property value and credit worthiness today, and consistently provides a 5 star guest rating. An average of 10-12 bookings per year with group size of 10-12 guests.
Use marketing trends and statistics found in reports and white papers from top companies to best position the property over competitors. Researching current marketing rates was needed to view comps to better plan revenue strategy. Strategy also included Audience identification, Content & Creative including copy and photos, Including development of a Welcome Guide. Use of property views/clicks, search results, ranking metrics, and reviews to identify advantages over competitors. Used industry tools to monitor market rate of booked and unbooked properties, occupancy rate, and search position year over year.

What I enjoyed. The data serves as a great tool, but its the customer insights to their experience and satisfaction that provide guidance on future marketing strategies.
